Expansion at My Brother's Keeper

"In a world often focused on profit, greed and selfishness, when these compassionate volunteers showed up at Mission Waco looking for ways to help the poor and disenfranchised, we knew they were sent from God!

mannaworks took on our biggest project need, the expansion of our homeless shelter, to provide space for more beds for those on the streets and to construct a day room where churches can lead evening chapels and provide programs.

These volunteers donated numerous hours of planning, coordinating, skilled labor, and project completion tasks, all done with an attitude of servanthood and humility. Their work and enthusiasm to help impacted our whole organization as a model of Christ's love in practical ways."
